CaraVita Village offers Independent Living with a range of apartment styles to fit your needs: private efficiency (studio), one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and semi-private two-bedroom shared apartments.

There’s something for everyone, with a calendar that rotates weekly. A few favorites include sip & paint, happy hour, trips to local attractions, Bible study, penny auction, bingo, arts & crafts, and family cookouts.

Absolutely, family and friends are always welcome at any time. We encourage visits, shared meals, and celebrations — our community thrives on meaningful connections!
We simply ask that visitors check in at our front desk when they arrive.

CaraVita Village is an independent living community. While our team doesn’t provide medical or personal care directly, we partner with trusted in-home healthcare providers and can help coordinate services as needed—so you receive the right support while maintaining your independence.

Our dining hall offers a chef-planned weekly menu with balanced, seasonal meals. We also provide a daily alternative menu for added choice and can accommodate common dietary needs (e.g., low-sodium, diabetic-friendly, gluten-free) whenever possible.

Simply call the front desk to schedule a ride. We reserve Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays for medical appointments, and Wednesdays and Fridays for specialty trips.
Residents can also arrange transportation for personal errands throughout the week. Please book in advance to ensure availability.

Yes, pets are welcome at CaraVita Village. We accept cats and well-mannered dog breeds, and offer pet-friendly floor plans for residents who wish to bring a companion.

CaraVita Village is a fully gated community with controlled access—entry is by access code or by a staff-escorted check-in with proper ID.
On-site team members are present at all hours, and there are emergency phones in each building. For emergencies, residents can dial the Front Desk for immediate assistance.
